2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your craft supplies are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened kits or used supplies are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your DIY products suitable for beginners? Yes! Many of our kits are beginner-friendly and include step-by-step instructions, all necessary materials, and helpful video guides. We also carry advanced supplies for experienced crafters.

7. How do I care for the materials and finished projects?

  • Store supplies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Follow specific instructions included with resin, paint, or candle kits.
  • Finished projects: Avoid water/heat as recommended per material. Detailed care and usage guides are included with every order.
